Re-Cyclo is a very interesting fashion project . In Florence,  the San Frediano district, was the birthplace of a very interesting store, combining fashion and ecology: for a long  time we have known that recycling is one of the keywords of the fashion industry, which, more and more is concerned about taking care  of our beloved planet earth. The ecological spirit is making its way, not only in second-hand shops that recycle old clothes or disused fabrics, but also among the big names. Re-Cyclo is

only the most recent of these projects in environmentally safe fashion!  Why throw away an old dress that you do not use anymore? You can  turn it into a new identity: glamorous and fashionable. This is the concept behind this fashion store where recycling is the slogan: an old skirt can turn into a dress or an old vest can become a skirt. The designers Natalia Franco and Yujin Jeong give new life to the leaders of fashion, in this shop of recycling and very interesting fashion.

The project started in July, a dream? for them, that was transformed into a beautiful reality. A reality that changes the shape of our clothes and even their names, which are defined by the how  theydepart differently from when they arrived (giaccalone is pantsthat become a jacket, while vesticie is a dress made of two shirts ). In the store you can find many creations, new and old at the same time, because they are re-made from clothes that we do not use anymore. "Every creation is always different from each other. At the end it is almost a form of artistic expression.

We use clothes instead of canvas or sculptures. The recycling and reuse, in this context, allow a blend of concepts diametrically opposed by the definition of used and new, old and new. And the products obtained are unique. " A really great project. And nature is thanking them.
